Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) therapy, in layman's term is learning the language of your brain. It uses behavioral, communication and perceptual techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts.   • Rapport: This technique emphasizes on tuning the person's physical behavior to improve communication through empathy.
  • Swish Pattern: to achieve a desired outcome person's changing behaviors are analyzed.
  • Visual/Kinesthetic Dissociation: treating the negative thoughts and feelings of a person he had developed by an event in the past.
